So I just picked up an S5 OEM grill over the weekend for a steal. Fast forward, I’m in the process of removing tabs/clips and my fingers hurt like crazy. In a nutshell, any advice to help remove these tabs in a more efficient manner?
To be specific, here’s an image:
The green circle example points upward and that is do-able. I have enough space for my fingers to remove it. The red circled tab however points down. I’ve used a chisel, a flathead and so far I’ve resorted to breaking two.

I’m still left with removing 5 full satin aluminum slits (shown in red). The 4 smaller slits (shown in green) have all been removed.

Other concerns such as removing this glue-like substance was the easiest part of the process. Longnose pliers, done and done.

Removing the flat black insert inside the satin aluminum was a breeze as well. Just gently twist ‘til it sinks in the whole then push further out with a flathead/chisel…

OUTER CHROME RING:
Any (detailed) suggestion/advice to remove the outer chrome ring tabs? It seems to me that I have to put a hard flat object (credit card etc) once I’ve pried a tab. Otherwise, it’ll just lock back in.
FOUR RINGS EMBLEM:
Same thing with the four rings. Besides a flathead screwdriver approach, any other suggestions to remove this without breaking tabs?

THANKS in advance.
