I have 43K miles on a 2013. I have had no major issues to speak of. The only issues I have had was a rattle coming from the speaker cover in the center of the dash close to the windshield and some MMI bluetooth issues. I will say that this is my first Audi and did not realize that the AWD will chew through tires!!! I am on my 3rd set. I did get an alignment done right after putting on the 3rd set and it was off a bit. Im hoping I will get more thanh 15-18K miles out of this set.

While I would have loved to be driving a S6 (a little out of my price range) the 3.0T is a fun and sporty car to drive around town.

I'm at 67k on my 2012. No major issues either. I did have the high pressure oil switch replaced recently during my scheduled service, but it was only a $150 fix. The V6 3.0T engine is probably the best engine overall that Audi produced IMHO. I'll probably keep it well over 100k...unless Audi brings the S4/6 or RS4/6 avants over.

127k on my 2012. Car is a dream Just the know recall work has been needed for the car. Outside of that, I do my own maint and it's just been the usual (oil, filters, tires and spark plugs). Very reliable engine and trans for that matter.

A little under 38k on my 2012. I've only owned the car for five months so far, however. I haven't had any issues yet and it seems to be from reading on here the 3.0T is very reliable.

That is not normal and has nothing to do with AWD. When they give you an alignment, make sure you get the print out of what the specs are. You should not be going through tires that quick at all. Unless you drive like a total hoon, in which case, nice work.

Edit: This is my 9th Audi. My current car has ~50,500 miles and is stg1 APR tuned. So far the only issue I've had was the hood not latching, which works now after actuating the mechanism a bunch of times. on the small latches on the outside of the hood (2 primary latches). From my homework before buying, there are very few common problems with the C7 in general. A well engineered vehicle all around and the 3.0T has proven to be a reliable work horse for Audi across several platforms.

2015 w/20K. No mechanical issues; to date, I only required a software update and had to replace a defective antenna. This is my second consecutive Audi, and am very pleased with both the brand and service.

I have 66.5K on 2012 A6. At around 45K the thermostat failed and the center bearing rubber for the driveshaft tore. Both were replaced under warranty. I have GIAC stage 2 tune along with a bunch of other mods identified in my sig. I have tracked the car over dozen times so far. Really pleased with how well it performs and it's reliability.

I had a very similar situation where my music would just lock up and the MMI would not respond to any of the commands. I would have to shut the car off and re-start it to get everything working properly. I also lost the 3G connectivity for the car as well and it would only display a 2G signal. I was originally on MMI version P0566. My service advisor replaced a piece of hardware to the MMI and I am now running the lates version 814. I have not had any issues with the new version update.

Just rolled 32k miles this morning on my 2012 Prestige. I've had no significant issues so far. Had a sensor go bad on the A/C and little mmi issues which have all been resolved by the dealer.

I'll be posting a feeler sometime shortly to sell the car as-is. If I get no interest, I'll return the car back to stock and list it.

    Hackdevil,

At the very least you want to use track brake pads so that you avoid brake fade during your track sessions. Also I would suggest replacing the factory brake fluid with something like Motul RBF600 brake fluid. Doing those 2 things would allow you to enjoy your track event without experiencing any brake issues. The only track pad I know of for the stock brakes is made by Carbotech. I would suggest their XP12 or Xp20 for the front and XP10 or XP12 for the rear.

2013 S6 here. I'm getting some sort of fuel sensor fault whenever the car idles in park for more than say 5 minutes. My passenger side mirror creaks like an old door when the mirror tilts down in reverse. My LCD screen seems to take it's time deploying every now and again. I'll be asking the dealer to address all of the above in 6k miles when I hit 45k.

Just did my 45k check. No issues to speak of. Anything small was warranty work. I have some TSB's to complete, but have not due to the fact I am tuned and don't want the TD1 for the next 5k miles. Great car considering all the tech that can break. My second A6, my first being a C5 body and it was solid except for replacing CV boots. I think Audi makes a solid car these days compared to the 90's and such. I also have a q5 with the same 3.0 TFSI engine and it has about 25k on the clock. Works like a champ.

13 with 50k miles. Stage 2 Apr for the last 45k :) . no td1, had warranty work done 3 times. Once for a failed oil pressure sensor, other time for rattles and another time for a failed door switch which made my door not lock/window wouldn't open/close.

    All covered with no issues.
