    I bought the cam follower (Genuine Audi Part# 06D 109 309 C) from my local Audi dealership in preparation for a preventive maintenance DIY replacement but the ECU threw up codes that allowed them to replace the Cam, fuel pump and cam follower so this part is not needed.
    $35 including shipping CONUS.
