Lower front bumper bent out of shape

So my bumper in the front has been scraped and dragged along a driveway or something one too many times. It's so far out of shape that the lower grille has been slightly pushed upwards.

Obviously other than replacing the whole thing is there another way to push it back to its original form?

Or will one of you search what kind of bumpers are interchangeable for me? Hahahahaha
