    B7 s4 oil leak diagnosis

I took car for oil change after purchasing and was told I have a small leak. They said it was a seal on the front part of the motor and quoted 500 to fix. I didn't see or smell oil..... After several days they said they missed diagnosed it and now they don't know where it's coming from. Now I see and smell oil! They only charged me for the seal part and no labor. I guess I have to take it to Audi? I just want to get it right as I love the car and runs and sounds great.
    Any advice or comments.
    Thanks
    Steve

Try valve cover gaskets. The oil will leak out of the front half moon seals and drip down the front of your motor.
