    Depo headlight pattern question

Bought some depos the other day. They are pretty sweet, i like the fresh lense most of all haha. I put the auto leveler in and all that jazz. My problem is that my passanger side light pattern looks like its inverted. Has this happened to anyone else with these lights. I still need to adjust them (yes i have vagcom) but before i spend all the time to get them leveled is there something i need to do to get the light to shine on the road and not the rear view mirror of the car in front of me.
Took a photo of what i mean, the rest is just showing them off.

That has to be upside down cutoff shield! May as well throw a quality but cheap projector in it while you're in there. Looking into morimoto mini h1s. Check the tech forum stickies for official lighting thread.

I had a similar problem in my grand prix. In that the metal frame that the light screwed into was bent in a way that the light pointed up. I dont believe that this is your problem but its something to check. I checked all kinds of things until I realized that the first time.

Theres no way. The bulb should be almost centered to the cutoff plate. And most likely, the bulb base has a certain shape that ensures orientation. If he managed to put the bulb in upside down, the bulb wouldnt be quite centered to the plate and he should only experience a fuzzy cuttoff line.

I would bet money the cutoff shield was just installed upside down from DEPO. There will still be enough room to unbolt the base/plate from the projector via small screws, rotate it all 180, and resecure it. All without having to remove the lense or cut a window from under the ballast.
