    Coils are still for sale.

Condition and miles are accurate. My commute is 3 miles from home to work and I've had them on the car for approximately 2 years.

I've removed them from the Q and replaced them with KW Street Comfort Coils. My reason for the swap was I have a newborn son and the ride of the H&R was too aggressive.

Ride quality vs. stock is subjective, but I'll give you my perspective. The ride quality on the H&R is dependent on what ride height you are at. When I first installed them I had them fairly low and the ride quality wasn't that great. It was too low so I was most likely at the limits of the compression travel so it didn't give me much dampening. I then raised the car up to a ride height of ~30" from ground to fender and the quality was much better. The ride IS NOT LIKE stock, the ride quality is aggressive and allows the Q to handle very well, however with that there is some compromise. Mostly for the rear passengers, since there is no adjustment of the rebound, my opinion is that its “harsh” but from a performance aspect its “glued” to the ground.

I completely enjoyed having them and would still have them if I didn’t have a newborn that I drive with and drop off at daycare daily. I actually miss them greatly for the driving element. FYI the KW’s are like stock and probably the best compromise but in my opinion too soft for aggressive driving etc.

Here are some more photo's I think they will give you and idea of what condition they are in.
