1998 S4 B5 Avant Spare Too ilkit, Tools, Tool tray...

I have a spare wheel in the back of my Audi, but nothing else. I need to know what I am missing.

Several bits and pieces come to mind - tool box, jack box, spare wheel cover and lockdown - but I am not sure if my model needs a tool tray, paired toolkits, or what.

Any body able to offer any help? Better still...anybody able to offer any parts to fill the hole thats missing?

Mt 2001.5 USA Avant has tire only beneath floor. Right side cargo storage compartment has warning triangle, tool bag (lug wrench, locating pin for lug hole, wheel center removal hook), and jack. That's all I know of that should be there!
