B8.5 2.0T Eurodyne Stage 1 file available

Posting this here as well as the A4 forum for those interested.......I have been communicating with the crew at Eurodyne and waiting for a Stage 1 file for my 2013 allroad. File was on their servers last week and I flashed my ECU last weekend. I really love their Maestro suite and the ability to do all of this myself and rollback to stock if I need to, and of course looking forward to Stage 2 and beyond later for no cost. As for the file itself it is night and day over stock. Shifts seem to be smoother as they are more in the middle of the power band. Boost comes on quicker and feels more like my 3.0T vehicles in that it doesn't need to go to the redline when WOT. All in all a great way to go if you are thinking about a flash. Happy customer.

I have a B8 2.0t and was gonna go this route so if I decide to go BT later on I can just use the software to upgrade. Wondering though once you buy and receive the cable do you just download the software and plug it in and flash or do you have to wait for them to send you the file to use?

Just download, register and flash. The flash itself took 3-4 mins.
