05 S4 B6 Fuel pump electrical issues

I have been having fuel delivery issues that caused my S4 to stop starting. I replaced the fuel pump relay, fuel filter, fuel pump, and cleaned the injectors. The problem didn't go away so I checked the electrical running back and I am getting no power to either my fuel pump or my fuel transfer pump. The relay has power, but the fuse panel is not getting power for the fuel pump fuse. I am at a loss for where the power disruption is at now. It is somewhere between the relay and the fuse panel I guess. This is my first time posting, (I have been reading here for years and love the information it has provided) and I was just hoping someone would know. Thank you in advance and cheers!

Try checking the ground connection on the firewall. It supplies a ground path to the ecu, fuel pump relay, and probably some other things that I haven't looked into. Mine was loose, causing a voltage drop at the ecu and fuel pump, thus not allowing the car to start.
