Teaser for spring!

So although I like my oem wheels on the a7 I was infected with the mod bug! I just got an email that these are ready to ship. Should get them in a week and I will get them wrapped with new rubber and slap them on in the spring in a few weeks when the weather begins to cooperate more. I will post more pics once they are in my possession and than there will be a few more mods coming right after which I will post!!!

I'd do at least the 275 unless you want the stretched look, 265 will be really stretched on a 10.5" width.

If they aren't I'd see if they can still clear them. I prefer the full polish myself but because of the way your spokes come out to the lip its going to be impossible to clean the very edges. hen when you have to polish them again after some weather kicks their ass you'll never be able to reach the edge of the spokes with pulling the centers. I'd have it done for sure.

Too bad we can't get a price break for buying two sets, I need the same size you do.

Nice! Where did you get the projector? I just ordered two different sets last night. I ordered a pair that projects the rings, and another that projects the S7 logo. These are coming from overseas, so I have no idea how good they will look. At $8/pair, I figured I would take a shot. Assuming they arrive in the next few weeks, they will be my official first mods.

They look really clear. The pics of the ones I ordered didnt look quite so clear. Although, seeing yours, I am amped to get mine. It does look good!

Btw.... Anyone have a any pics of 21x10.5 with 265/30/21 tires vs 275/30/21???? I want it to look lie profile but not terribly stretched or with added danger of harming the rims.

Well in that size from tire rack I went with the hankook..... It was more of a cost efficiency decision as I have my OEM and a set of blizzaks for winter and a dedicated summer set...... Considering selling the 18" blizzaks with rims. They are brand new maybe 35 miles on them lol yes seriously probably less I haven't used them!

Wheels are in KY waiting to be delivered to PA

I will take pics as soon as I get them!!! Install will be soon as well.... It's going to be a busy few weeks with work etc but looking forward to getting them for up close inspection!

I went with summer tires since they will be removed after fall. I do not want to damage the rim itself with east coast winter. Plus I'm hoping with my mundane driving and swapping them out they will last longer.

I went with hankook evo2 since they are 21x10.5 wheels and the cost was reasonable and similar tires different brands were almost double price. Def will post review on them once I mount them up!

Thanks. I really like the way it turned out. I ordered a pair of S7 logos and a pair of Audi logos. The Audi set looks like yours, but has a circle around it. While it looks good, I love the S7, so I've ordered another pair of those for the back doors and will be taking the Audi logo out.

Based on the one wheel, what do you think?

It's ok.... I have to take it out of the box and look at it again. I thought the brushed black face would have been darker not black but more gun metal. I will post a pic later get some opinions....

I'm on the opposite side of the spectrum, I was hoping mine wouldn't of been as dark a gunmetal, back to the drawing board for me!
