Been there, done that lol. twice this year, getting pounded with snow. I lucked out, and the underbody pans on my parts car were good, so I swapped those onto mine. You can try to find a local part out otherwise'
BEST option, is to just replace it, re-use the stock plastic nuts that hold it up there. Otherwise, what I did, that worked(was a tempory fix until I swapped it out), but is a pain, and alot of work is buy a sheet of tin(I had one laying around), then drill holes through plastic and tin (lined up) and do a zip tie stitch job. Tin on the inside (facing car) to add support. But its not a flexible plastic from factory, its like a fibre crap that just tears/cracks.
These must stay on there, as they protect your floor pan and fuel/brake lines. I'm sorry, I couldn't find one on Rock Auto for replacement, as all skid plates show up as the one under the motor.
