when you guys going to make some lower fog grills that match the rs4 grill for the b8 s4/sline?
There are 10 kinds of people in this world, those who know binary and those who don't.

Do you have a picture of the grille from above? Wanted to see how far the ring holder sticks out from the plane of the grille.

How many rows of honeycombs does it have? It appears to be 21 from my count but the angles of the pictures makes it tough to know if I counted 100% correctly. I'm hoping I'm off and that its actually 23 like the true RS grill and the Innotech replica on amazon (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00UXKNROI).

either way, still excited to see ecs carrying a grill with the built in audi rings.

Hm, maybe i'm counting differently? I attached a picture with a red mark inside each partial or full honey comb that I counted, and I'm pretty sure the ECS grill is 21 across?

Edit: I'm not complaining, to be clear. I'm just trying to confirm exactly what I would be getting. Thanks for the help Jason!

I think this is mentioned in another thread (but couldn't easily find it) so I apologize... is the S4 easily detached from the old grill? How is it attached to the new RS4 grill? I looked at the PDF instructions however that step was not included....btw great write up whoever did the instructions, very detailed!

Count from top to bottom? Edit, Jason said it was top to bottom, and not sure why it would be counted horizontally. This is the first I've heard of counting in the way you have. Maybe you're the only one doing it right?

Once you have the factory grille off it is very easy to detach the S4 badge. Its just clipped in.

To reattach it to the RS grille, I just used a rubber based silicon. In the past I've been creative by drilling and inserting a cotter pin, but ultimately its just easier to glue it. Lets face it, we aren't removing that badge once its on. In the event that I did want to remove it, that silicon would pull off.

I was thinking the exact same thing. I was waiting and waiting for the integrated ring holder, and just a few weeks ago, wound up pulling the trigger on a competitors product that offers the integrated ring holder.

    Oh well, hind-sight is 20/20.

I was counting up and down. And only counting the honey combs in the same direct row.
