JB1 Users - Anybody in the Los Angeles area?

I've chatted with George at BMS and have a good idea of what to expect with this tune, but really curious what it feels like and how it impacts the powerband. I'm on the fence about transitioning from a tuned S4 to a S3, and driving in a JB1 S3 will really help with my decision. (I'm not interested in ECU flashes this time around).

If anybody is in the L.A./San Fernando Valley and could spare a few minutes, I would really appreciate it!

You should also check the 8V S3 and the SO CAL S3 Facebook Groups. I don't know anyone offhand who's done the JB1, but there are plenty of modded S3s in the area. We are having a SO CAL S3 drive on Sunday up ACH.

So the JB1 will not void drivetrain warranty (if removed before service)? I am looking at the Neuspeed but it seems like the JB1 is the better performing option.

No tuning box or flash tune is guaranteed to be undetectable. That being said, if you remove the box/tune and drive the car for a few days before taking it in, it should look as though it hasn't been tuned. AoA is always updating the ways they can scan for any tune, so best to also have a good relationship with your Service Adviser.

I love mine! For my A3, made a HUGE difference in power delivery. With DP, almost 80+ more HP can be achieved. Stock 5.9 0-60, now I'm 4.4 seconds.
