PCV question

okay so ive looked around the forum already and i couldnt seem to find my answer. pretty much im replacing my PCV on my B8.5 a4, and i cant seem to find a part, on my motor i have a 90 degree plastic hose leading from the pcv directly back into the motor and i need that 90. would anyone here know where i can find that?

and mine has the metal manifold and can take e85 if that makes any difference lol

well see i had a catch can installed, so all of the stock pcv parts were boxed away and i think my girlfriend tried to clean out the garage and sure enough she lost it lol, and now im trying to go back to stock and thats why i need a new one
