hey guys got a audi 2.0t fsi in December in new to the audi world but have a little knowledge on cars, just recently as i was driving i got a P0011 code luckily i was only about 15ft away from my driveway. I took everything apart to inspect the cam follower and the cam chain tensioner, lucky me nothing was broken or looked bad. now im at a stand still i have the car a part still but have no where to look besides putting everything back together and cross my finger. the chain is new the cam follower is new the tensioner is new and the n205 is new, the timing belt is also new. the only thing i didnt change was the adjuster. anyone have any ideas what it could be? really on a very tight budget so i cant take it to anyone.

Funny.. i got a P0011 code 2 days ago. Turns out I was just low on oil. I added some in and erased the code, it hasn't been back since.

Mine has enough oil that's the thing but I'm going to change the adjuster since I didn't when I changed the cam tensioner but when I have everything back together I will also do a oil change

Hopefully that works for you, considering you've covered every other possible angle I can think of involving that code. Replace your oil filter too (obviously)

Well sadly I couldn't get the cam adjuster off and do not have the money to buy a new camshaft and adjuster so I'm gonna leave it but checked the oil it was alittle over full for some odd reason so tomorrow will change the oil to lubro instead of castrol wish me luck

Try that, then clear the code and see if it comes back.
