TSW Bathurst 19x9.5 et39 on stock suspension?

Hi everybody I am looking to get a set of gunmetal bathurst's for my black b8 s4 and am wondering if it will look silly/monster truck with stock suspension? I think the b8 sits a bit lower than the b8.5 stock so it might be ok? There is a b8.5 stock in one of the threads and looks very high. The car looks alright on stock peelers but offset is bit higher so they are tucked in more. Is this going to look like butts? Would having a darker wheel help with the visuals?

Reason I don't want to lower is I don't mind the stock ride plus the roads in nj are crap. Anyway just curious to know your thoughts. I guess I could throw on some H&R oe?

IMO, it will look a bit hokey. In the few days preceding my coilover install I was at stock height with 19x9.5 et40. I only grabbed a couple of photos but I think you will get the idea (and your wheels would sit 1mm farther out):





I agree that the B8.5 sits a bit higher than the B8 for whatever reason, but I don't think it will look much better on the B8.

Meanwhile, here are those same wheels on my previous B8 lowered on H&R OE Sport springs. So much better IMO:

I will be getting this exact wheel set up here in the next couple of weeks for my summer wheel set up. If you do a quick google search of "TSW Bathurst" you can see it on a black B8 and B8.5 S4. I do have H&R OE springs I'll be putting on at the same time as well because I'm not a fan of the monster truck look.

Hi guys so I put my wheels on, this is stock suspension. What do you think, needs a lower? I am in NJ with craptastic roads but I am not sure if it looks all that great how it sits. I do have an appointment to get H&R OE's installed on Friday but might cancel.
