ECS cross drilled and slotted rotors noise

Hello everybody, I had cross drilled and slotted rotors installed on my 2013 Allroad. They are loud, buzzing and clicking noise can't be normal can it? Has anyone else had this problem. I tried calling ECS but their tech support was less than helpful.

Are your pads bedded yet? It's not uncommon for pads and rotors to make a bit of noise prior to them bedding in.

I was thinking that, buts it's been over a 1000 miles. It's annoying loud, going to take it back to the shop and I'm hoping they don't just say "that's the way they are"

Can't imagine everyone being ok with the sound.

Relative to blanks, additional noise is normal.

Still isn't the same as bedding in the pads. Under normal driving there is a lot of "dragging" on the brakes which can cause pad material build up if not properly bedded. Which could lead to noise. Any time you install new brakes you need to bed them in. This will ultimately give you the best performance from the pads/rotors, help reduce noise, and prolong the life of your brakes.

Ben traveling for work so I haven't been able to go back to the shop that installed them, seems I may get the normal answer "it is what it is"

Not happy at all, but I'll optimistic.
