When was the last time you changed your spark plugs? When I first changed my tune to stage 1+ the added boost kept causing the spark plugs to break up resulting in rapid misfiring. Once I replaced them with some new ones it solved the problem.

I've replaced the plugs and the coils and my code reader isn't picking anything up yet
also i replaced the this jet suction pump like a month ago ? maybe its bad?
I've heard that replacing the coil wires might help because the plastic connection to the coils are falling apart

Have you checked for boost/vacuum leaks? A leak can definitely cause misfiring. Do you have a boost gauge installed? If so have you noticed a drop off in boost pressure?

If you don't have any stored codes on the ECU, then the car is likely not misfiring. Does the CEL blink when this happens? Also auto or manual?

Ok so the code that popped up is P0442 evaporative emission system leak (small) but I don't know if that has anything to do with the missfire

If there was a misfire, you should have a code for the misfire. So far, I haven't seen anything to suggest you have a misfire either. Does the car shake when this happens? Is it only in one gear, or all of them?

Are you sure it isn't a transmission issue?
