B8 smd led diy drl??

I've read plenty of threads as to changing drl to p13w. I think I got it but does anyone have the location as to where you cut/drill/etc to get to the bulbs. What should I be looking for b4 I cut in wrong area.

Also what are some suggestions as to the best bulbs in the 6000k other than the cheapo ones on eBay.

Really appreciate the feed back.

Any step by steps out there other than the one dude on YouTube just talking about it vs showing you what to do.
