    Car chokes

    Barely passes 5psi and will choke and stop accelerating. Can it be a vacuum leak?

    you could be in limp mode, or hard throttle cut, but you need to scan the car, preferably with vagcom and see what it says its angry about. Even if there is no CEL, there can still be codes.

    Once we have that info it will help point to whats going on.

    Also, post up information about your car. Is it stock ECU? tuned? What PSI should it be seeing? Is this a new problem, or something its done since you have had it?

    I had the same problem ended up being my EGT sensors. I just got EGT deletes. Vagcom should tell you.

    Also if I unplug my maf then it will boost up but then sometimes when I get past 4k rpms it'll start to hesitate like a misfire. Eventually it does misfire
