    Roof Rack Base Bars

I'm looking for a little feedback on some roof base bars for my S3. I really don't want to spend $400 for the Audi Genuine Parts, plus another $200 for the bike rack. Does anyone know of a good aftermarket set, and easy to take off as I won't want to leave on all the time or plan to use too often. I would also be open to gently used if anyone is trying to unload some. Thanks!

I cant speak for not having Audi OEM on my car.
But on my Evo, I had a Thule Base Bars with Yakima accessories. They worked like a charm.

The more I look, for something good, like Thule I'm gonna be in the same price range. I'll pry just go with OEM.

Check out the Thule Aeroblade if you're gonna make the investment, I'm really happy with mine so far. Switched from the Yakima Whispbar (Yakima doesn't have a fit kit for the S3) to the Thule, and their fit kit seems much more user friendly and secure than the Yakima ever did.
