2012 S-line trim?

New here, just bought a new B8 A4 and have been searching and reading trying to figure out what the S-line means...

My car has S-line badges, S-line kick plates, S-line rocker blades. It doesn't have dual rear exhaust (just double tip on the left side), it doesn't have 19" wheels--I have 5 spoke 18s.

What do I have? Is it just the Premium Plus packages adds some of those s-line options? But not all of them? Sorry for being a newb...

You have the S-Line Exterior Appearance Package.
There is also an S-Line interior package as well, but odds are you probably don't have that unless you have Alcantara seats and flat bottom steering wheel.

Also, if you want more info about your car, look in the truck where the spare is. You'll find a sticker with a bunch of codes. Put the codes in this website http://prsearch.planetvag.com/

OP, all 2009-2016 A4 sedans come with side side (dual tip) exhaust regardless of trim.

Thank you. I had not seen that in the options list I was referencing on Motortrend. Do not have the interior.

What about the suspension? I had seen 3 levels of suspension referenced on the forums. Is the exterior package divorced from that? Do I probably just have the base "comfort" suspension?

Ah, that must be an S4 trim piece then? Or is it strictly aftermarket?

I don't think there is a separate S-Line/Performance package, but my 2013 S-Line has a sport suspension that lowers the ride height 20mm

S4 has the quad exhaust

I compared my car side by side with a friend's 2014 A4 s-line and noticed that my ride height was the same as his. I am not the original owner of my car, so I called AoA and they sent over a pdf copy of the original window sticker.

All 2012's came with the s-line exterior bits. It wasn't an added option.

I wish they offered the flat bottom steering wheel in 2012, I have the full S-line pkg with the black optics pkg but no flat bottom wheel, just the regular S-line sports wheel with white stitching.

I have been looking at the flat bottom wheels, I just need to pull the trigger. I did find a deal on one and was told I could use my current airbag, after some research I found out that I will have to buy a new airbag.

Exactly. All I did was call 1-800-822-2834, gave them my VIN, and asked for a copy of the sticker to be emailed. Really simple; actually surprisingly, because I thought it was a long shot.
