any ideas to get lower in the rear after adjustable springs are maxed out?

wondering if anyone has attempted to swap the bump stops out for another model (maybe S4/S5) with a shorter bump stop?

the rear of my car is just like a half inch too high, even after its all the way down. sadface.png.

IanSQ will have all of the answers you seek. His SQ is static and low as hell.

i asked they said it's a progressive spring and no way to go lower because that's the advertised drop

The air ride is definitely comfortable for being lowered. If you're looking for performance then you can't beat a good set of coilovers but the air ride will get you lower and remain comfortable in the process.

You can trim down the bump stop. That was common practice on the G35. I got a solid ⅝" more by doing that on my old G35.

yeah i know its a common practice... i was just curious if anyone had done it on a Q5 and if so how much they were able to get out of our bump stops specifically haha

I have KW HAS set as low as they can go in the front. I took out the rear perches and don't have any of the bump stops in. The front is still lower than the rear, but I don't think there's anything else to do about it. I kind of like the rake though, it helps angle the roof box down so it's not pointed to the sky haha. I don't really have any issues, besides front camber alignment. I don't have adjustable control arms.

This is interesting because there's a thread over on the S4 forum where they're complaining that the KW products are too LOW in the back.
