Replace strut/shock mounts when changing to lowering springs?

Have 49k miles/80k km on 2010 3.2 q5. Would you replace the mounts? Replace them all or are these highly unlikely to wear/fail at this mileage/age. Just considering everything I'd need to install the springs.
