I had to move a few things out of the way, but the thing is an absolute perfect tight fit. wasn't really that heavy either. Since these photos, I did find a universal grille to protect it some. ebay link here

running one of the new Pioneer Champion series 10 inch subs, it is very efficient and can handle a ton of power. Got the current Alpine 500 watt subwoofer amp. I removed the old so called factory sub (non B&O) to make a nice open port to the trunk, and lined the back area with "damplifiers" from Second Skin Audio. also did the spare tire well and behind the enclosure. no rattles, but a nice very clean well defined deep bass that sounds right in a car of this caliber.
Few photos. Amp fit right in the spare tire well, so I only had to run short heavy gauge wires to the battery. Total investment with the components was about $350 total. day and night difference in the sound, and since I used the factory sub wires, I can fine tune it in the MMI settings.
