    VAG help with 2015 S3

    Hello,

Just switched over from a B7 and i've found there are a handful of small features I'd like to adjust on the new car.

Can anyone help? Tried this with a friend's VCDS, but it wasn't licensed so it won't work on the MQB (8V) platform.

I have the entire day, and I can drive to you. Would love to get this knocked out!

Examples of what I want to do:

    Deactivate Wink
    Windows Up Auto/Rain
    Alarm Beep off/Chirp Only
    Etc

Just some easy stuff I can do in a few minutes. If you need more motivation, I have adult access to money & beer

    Best,
    Harth

Hello great fellows. I am not sure I am going by the right protocol here as I am new. So I apologize in advance.
I have a 2011 audi A5 Cab. I live in Costa Mesa, Ca.
I am currently experiencing a "Headlight Range Control Defective" error on my car, and I was really hoping that I can find someone with a VCDS to scan my car for any sensor issues. I received the error when I tried to diagnose a faulty headlight bulb, by switching the L/R bulbs, and L/R ballasts. I believe I may have switch the light on when one/both of the headlight assemblies was disconnected too, causing the headlight range control error to trigger immediately after. I had no idea that it would mess things up. I have scoured the internet for an entire week on what are the possible causes and solutions. I am hoping that the VCDS only needs to re-learn the range control data and all can be well. I am willing to pay for the person's time, or even bring a case of beer (or whatever you like) as an expression of my gratitude.
I have been also having the occasional "low battery warning", so hopefully the VCDS can provide insight on that too (but that is not my main priority right now). It would suck if I had a battery issue, or some short circuiting in the wires that's causing my bulbs to fail.
