    Will a B8.5 S4 exhaust fit a B8 A4?

Need more details... do you have a 2009 3.2? If you dont then short answer is: No it wont fit. A b8 a4 has an inline 4 engine and one downpipe/exhaust connection. An S4 is a v6 with 2 downpipes and 2 separate exhaust connections. length wise it will fit... its exactly the same body/chassis. but everything else will have to be custom made. There are plenty of aftermarket exhaust with quad tips... or you could get a custom axleback exhaust and ask for quad tips should cost you under $500... or cut your a4 and s4 exhaust after the center resonator, then use the front section from the a4 and rear section from the s4 (will need a special connector from single pipe to dual)

I'm just not a huge fan of sound. I'm more of trying to get appearance that's why I don't wanna spend 1K+ on a quad. I know I can make it fit via muffler shop and cutting pieces. I just have a good deal on an S4 exhaust right now. I'm a 2010 B8 2.0t

If you are going for looks... I would suggest an axleback with quad tips (i did an axleback on one of my b8 s4's w/muffler delete for $200) or you can get an a4/s4 combo... front part from a4, rear part from s4... what ever ends up cheaper... also there are aftermarket quad tip a4 exhausts for $500 on this forum. IF you have a really good deal on an s4 exhaust, then all you need is to cut the 2 after the center resonator, and add an adapter from a single pipe to a double... this will be your cheapest route.

just make sure you have a dual opening rear valance before you do the exhaust... you'll need it if you do a custom axlebak

You could always just get quad tips and have a shop put them on your current exhaust to get the look you want. The labor would probably be <$100.
