    I'm getting a Stage 2 tune.. should I upgrade my stock Clutch before?

    I am getting the Stage 2 United Motors Tune soon, but I am still using the stock clutch that is at 128k. It currently is NOT slipping, popping out of gear, or driving rough at all. Is it bad to wait until it starts slipping? Or could I get the tune and eventually put the clutch on, when my stock one starts going bad. I already purchased the new RA4 clutch from ECS.

    I'm in the minority, but I say wait. Then again, if you have one already purchased you might as well change it

    Thats what I was thinking..I just wanted to know the drawbacks of waiting until it slips when I get a tune.

    As soon as I got my stage 2 tune my clutch with 140k on it slipped. 4th and 5th gear were useless when trying to pass cars. I would do it if you have time. You already bought it.
