headrest removal

does anyone have any ideas on how to remove the headrest? i tried looking for the push lock in the upper back of the seat and had no luck finding it? i have the electric adjustable headrest if that makes a difference.

I have motorized headrests too. Any luck on removal? My driver’s headrest doesn’t move up and down like my passenger one does. It goes up about 4mm and halts. I’m not sure if it is stuck on something or what. Any insight would be much appreciated.
