Going through 02 sensors after stage 3

    Hey All,
Just curious if anyone has burned through O2 sensors after going full stage 3? My rears are already coded out but I seem to be burning through one or two sensors every 6 months or so. Has anyone had this issue or have a solution? I ran anti fowlers on the rear O2s before they were coded out but I didn't know if I should try that with the fronts, or if it would even work since the space is rather tight already.
Also, does anyone have a brand of sensor that they suggest that won't break the bank? I've been running the bosch universal 4 wires for years now but they aren't the cheapest either. I ran across these evan-filcher sensors on Amazon that are about half the price... anybody tried them? I'm sure they probably aren't as good or reliable but if I'm swapping them this often it may not matter.

    Thanks in advance

Cheap sensors may be your problem. Definitely do not put spacers on the front o2's

I have been using the Bosch universal that is the same sensor as stock, just doesn't come with the OEM plug attached to it so I don't think that would be the problem. I know a lot of people run these, including certified Audi mechanics since they are around $60 as opposed to paying the $100+ per sensor... only difference is that you have to connect (solder, crimp, etc) the wires yourself.

Are you getting codes? When you say you are burning through them what do you mean?

    This. What's failing?

    Maybe high EGT's? Restrictive exhaust?

O2 sensor bung angle can possibly cause issues too. What dp's?

These are the primary O2 sensors so the exhaust doesn't even come into play... Read the post please since I already said that my rear O2s are coded out 😉

    What is the code?

    "Codes of failure" doesn't help

Haha this is funny I have never seen a fault stored for 02 sensor failure. What are the fault codes that are stored. If it's an electrical fault you may have an issue in your engine harness. I'd stick with oem sensors if I where you they are less prone to failure. Also like said above your primary 02s are after the turbos so that would put them in the exhaust. We are trying to help not trying to bust your balls just saying.
