Has anyone seen any mechanical failure beleived to be caused from the tune?

Any issues with cold start or idle issues?

nope. I haven't heard anything negative on the Uni Stage 2.

Ive had it for 6 months now. Very smooth and driveable. Not a torquey ride at all but it pulls pretty hard. My pcv went bad a few days after i flashed stage 2 but since replacing all is well. Cold start and idle, no issues there ( except when pcv went). My only problem is my clutch will slip on hard pulls out of 2nd and 3rd. Not sure if this is common for them or the guy that had my car for the first 13k smoked my clutch. I'm at 28k. I'm running the 034 hfc.

I've got 80k on mine
So I would hate to have that be the case , but that kind of increase in power will expose any weakness

This was on 93 Octane, but with a tune meant for 91.

Mods at the time were:

-Unitronic stage 1
-Forge FMIC
-Eurocode HFC to 3" dual exhaust
-Turbo inlet pipe
-Forge BOV

Again this is WHEEL horsepower and wheel torque. It was 65* that day and this was done in 4th gear.

That's a really big spread in hp from first to last pull, but good numbers.

First 2 pulls were done in 3rd gear, however I was unsure of weather 3rd or 4th was closer to the 1:1 ratio.

I'm really unsure of weather updating to stage 2 would really help me at all, or make a tangible difference.

Based on advertised numbers it's what 20 or so hp over stage 1? May increase timing where you have a little more under the curve though. My only concern with the Uni tune was it seemed like the torque on the stage 1+ and 2 seemed to be throttled back based on the other tuners advertised numbers, but with a stage one car at 277 lbft at the wheels it doesn't seem like that's an issue.
