    Trunk Lid Inner Cover

Does anyone know the proper way to remove the inner cover on the trunk lid...the carpet/cardboard covering that covers the tail lights and lid. I tried pulling on it somewhat thinking its maybe only tabs holding it in and it didn't seem to want to pop out. I don't want to rip it, not sure if they might be a screw holding it in or something?
