2.0t fsi missfire after hard acceleration, shaking!!!

HELP!! Only happened when engine is warm with no CEL.

The car was running normal before. Than a few night ago I put it WOT. After i let the gas go car starter to shake above 2000RPM. So I drive slowly and went home. Opened the hood and found that my oil cap is not locked and oil was spilling but not that much( Oil level still ok) so I was thinking that I forgot to tighened it.

The next morning I took it for a drive and it was ok until about 30 mins. Its start shaking when i hit the pedal above 2000RPM. And it happened ever since when engine is warm. And sometimes I had white smoke when push the pedal.
The smoke gets away when engine is warm.

Scanned it and there was no fault code shown. No oil on coolant reservoir, cahnged all plugs. Coil packs is 3k so its conidered new. And running PCV fix.

What I did recently was seafoam from the vacuum line and changed my engine oil. Change plugs after.

Running a 2.5" test pipe and dp.

Any help would be appreciated.

I think something is loose... check your gap in the plugs make your coils are all the way pushed in. check hoses for leaks.

Yea, that is what I did the first thing. The plugs are all audi PFR7 genuine, all is gapped .032 just like what those always gapped in my car. I even had 4 spare plugs and re-changed them all. Still happening. Tried to check if theres any vacuum leak and couldnt find any.
Does anybody have this problem before?

Hows your DV?

Dv is ok, just recently replace it with DV+.
Now I have white smoke on first start for about 2-3 mins. Smell like burning paper. Any idea?
