REVO tune acting up? Anyone else experiencing this?

Revo St 2+, rest of mods in sig.

Normal boost is at 18psi. Sometimes it will only boost to 10psi and hold, but if I restart the car it will boost back to 18psi.

Anyone else having this issue? I doubt it could a leak or anything physical as restarting the car wouldn't affect it. Ideas?

    Cheers

    I don't have a dv. I have a turbosmart bov/recirc valve paired on my gt28rs turbo.

Would audi programming possibly be at fault controlling the wastegate? The only thing I could think of is the control valve for the wastegate as a possible culprit as it's the only electrical component that could control boost pressure regulation.

    Thoughts Phil?

Would it be too much to go back to Revo and tell them about the issue?

I asked because for a while (long while, Year +), I ran the DV+ and randomly, out of the blue, I was loosing the tune. Had to shut the car down for 15mn and voila, back again.
Talked to the tuner, and assumption was due to incoherence in value between the boost estimated in WOT and actual value read, the tune was going into a limbo mode.
Reinstalled an OEM DV and never got a problem since
