Aluminum timing belt cover for B7 2.0t

Hello everyone. My name is Nik, I'm a big Audi enthusiastic, I myself drive B7 with few mods (cold air, 3 inch traight pipe, front mount intercooler, and few cosmetic) I bought the car from accident recovery 3 years ago, I only had to change the bumper on it. Very please with the car.
Currently I'm working as a co-owner in machining shop. We manufacturer parts out of aluminum, steel, brass, plastic on our CNC machines. My design team and I are looking into manufacturing an aluminum timing belt cover for B7 2.0t. We have two ideas, one would be full aluminum cover, another would have a clear window with thicker plexiglass for cool view while the car is running. When i was fixing my Audi, I realized how easy it could be to break the plastic cover which cause serious problems. Before we put long working hours into it, I wanted to get some feedback. Is it something that people would be interested in? Any ideas to add to it?

Here's a pic of my Audi

Neat idea but won't be easy to make. That's a lot of CNC time and programming, that translates to $$$. Not sure how many you would sell. A lot of people run without the cover too without any issues.

Yes, it will be alot of machining, but we will try to keep it at $140-$180 with the viewing window.

Window would just brown out and won't be visible anymore. Maybe a detachable portal like the earlier covers. Those covers would be pretty expensive due to a lot of scrapped Al. Cool though
