The wiring diagrams do not indicate what wire if any is used for the remote amp turn-on signal from the HU. If the amp is connected to the infotainment CAN, then that is how the amp is turned on and off. Otherwise, you will need to use a volt meter to find the wire at the amp that energizes with the HU on and deenergizes with the HU off.

the pinout on the head unit itself tells you exactly which one:

    it's the '+' in the line-out section

np. However, it's probably easier just to tap it at the Bose amp itself in the rear, rather than at the head unit. It's pin 25 if you have the 25-pin connector, and pin 6 if you have the 32-pin connector.

Sub is in the rear window deck. Amp is on the drivers side I believe in the trunk.

If you have a stock Audi symphony stereo (A4Q sedan, 2004). It comes with stock Amp & Sub, does it not? Is there a way to upgrade those two components, without doing any additional wiring, and utilizing stock speakers?

I think the best and easiest way to get that is with a line output converter, you can buy ones that have a remote on them already. when they get the signal from the speakers, they sent a signal to turn on the amp.
and you will need one anyway if you want a line out signal for your amp.
