I'm doing a t3 build, do I have to run a recirculating valve or can I run just a normal BOV and let it vent to atmosphere, or will that mess with my AFR and send my car all to crap? lol

Diverter valve is a lot better for these engines.

I run a Forge DV w/ yellow spring at 21psi

Sumo is right, these engines like DV's. The only time you can really run a BOV is if you have a mafless tune
