Allroad - how to take off the rocker sill panels (under the doors, grey)

I there a good DIY out there showing how to take the (grey) rocker sill panels (the part under door, from fender to fender) off the car?

I want to paint all grey parts in body color with the parts OFF the car.

Any link, pics, suggestions, tips etc appreciated (don't want to mess them up!).

bunch of bolts running along the back side and several going into the wheel well and they will come off. Basically undo anything you can see with flat torx T45 (I think that wasteh size) head and that should get you there.
