    2012 Q5 Stuck in Park Need Help ASAP

    My car (above) is stuck in park. It will start, it will Rev. it will NOT shift out of park. I can not use the emergency release in the ash tray because the button is stuck in the pressed position. It will not pop out to press and shift.
