My driver side mirror stopped working ... Or rather it folds in and out but doesn't stop where it should. So obviously the motor still works, but I'm assuming some sort of tab is broken on the inside (I haven't pulled it apart yet).
My question is do non-power folding mirrors share the same parts, but just lack the electric motor? Or do I really need to source another power folding mirror assembly to replace it with? I'd like to buy a parted out mirror on eBay, and swap out my broken parts with whole ones to get it working again.
