Hey everyone,

So I got a ticket a little while back for speeding (35mph in a 30mph zone(this cop and I have history he's been trying to give me a ticket for the past 2 years)) anyway my court date was set for yesterday which was President's day. I thought this was a little off but, I still went. As I pulled into the parking lot a police officer in a squad car approached me. He didn't have his lights or sirens on or anything he just drove up to me and waved. So I opened my door (window doesn't roll down due to bad regulator) and he asked why I was here, I told him about my court date and showed him the ticket. He instructed me to park up in the main parking lot. So as I'm parking I realize that he's pulling in right behind me. I shut my car off and before I can get out of the car, he taps on my window. I open my door and he explains that the court is closed today due to the holiday. He then asks if i know why he approached me. I assumed that he was just informing me about the court being closed but at this point I realize that I'm about to get a ticket. Basically he ends up writing me a ticket for my headlight being out (interestingly it worked fine when I started the car up again after getting the ticket but then stopped working again this morning). He also writes a ticket for my windows being tinted. Anyway when I got home and looked at the tickets I realized there are mistakes all over them. On the first ticket he misspelled my first name, on the second one he misspelled my last name. In the first ticket he has my car registered in NB instead of NY and in both tickets he has my car down as an 03 Acura instead of an Audi. Can I successfully fight these tickets on the basis that technically the officer wrote up 2 tickets for a car that isn't mine, in addition to the other errors? All insight is greatly appreciated.
