    Heavy Coolant leak

Alright guys so after some spirited driving in the snow i got to one of my buddies houses and parked. After about 2 hours i go to leave and as soon as i start the car i get a red coolant warning screaming at me. i drove the car home because i was only a few blocks away and my car wasnt overheating, i couldnt really hear anything because it was raining so i cant tell if there were any weird noises and i also wasnt looking at the boost gauge so i dont know what boost it was making. when i got home i took this video

the coolant seemed to be leaking from the joint at the top of the turbo between that braided line and the turbo. im just wondering what you guys would think the problem is, would it be the coolant line or the turbo itself?

Looks like either the line itself or the banjo Bolt has come loose, tried tightening it?

Fill the car with water and run it to find out for sure where the leak is coming from. It's cold out so don't let the water stay in the system long but I wouldn't waste coolant tracking down the leak.

Should be easy enough to figure out.

The B6 I just bought had a bad coolant return line, and I suspect you have the same issue. Simply remove the clothe heat shield and put your finger on the hose. Mine was very weak right near the metal line and I could actually see where it tore a little.

A new line is cheap and is an easy fix.

Alright so i filled it with water and it started with a slight drip from underneath the turbo which i wasnt able to check out at this point and then after the system started coming up to pressure it started leaking from what seemed like the middle of the the turbo or right next to the coolant and oil feed

Edit: lol guys nevermind, got it in my shop and the leak is a little hole in the rubber coolant feed line under the cloth heat shield. Phew thought the worst but happened to be the best case

does anyone have a part number/link for the coolant hose that attatches to the top of the turbo? its the rubber one that is clamped on to the metal pipe and runs along the front of the engine and gets clipped in.
