    Losing Radio Presets

    Has anybody had on occasion to lose their radio presets? I have lost in 2 cases all 50 presets. and on 2 occasions I have lost only half of the 50 presets. it does not make sense. I have a 2015 RS 7

    Some have issues when satellite radio updates which it did this weekend.

    Huh, this happened twice so far on my '16 Q5, which is of course a courtesy car so not been that fussed other than the annoyance. Not all stations though only a few and they'd appear blank!

    I've been blaming my teenage daughter all this time!!

    Ok , I'm glad I'm not the only one with this issue.

    I frequently lose my favorited address really frequently and sometimes it'll randomly come back.

    Did you figure out why? I'm on the latest firmware and my dealer said its because of user error 🤔

    No idea why, have not asked dealer. After sitting in the car twice adding the nav favorites back in, not going to waste my time to do it for the 3rd time. I rarely listen to radio, but I did add them back.
