    ECS TUNING street shield skid plate

    Best money I ever spent after lowering my car. Paid for itself many times over. This one has some scars of a job well done, but is structurally sound. You may need new fasteners (the ones in the middle that use the riv-nut tool. I would suggest contacting ECS tuning just to be on the safe side.

    That's a good question. ECS tunings website says it'll fit B8 S5 coupe and cabriolet with 3.0T.
    If you look you the 4.2, it says that skid plate will fit the 4.2 as well as the 3.0T cabriolet
    That makes no sense to me, so the answer is I'm not sure! I would call ECS to clarify if you're interested.

    It's "Race Deck" and I absolutely love it. Modular floating flooring, just snaps together. I have the free flow, but they have a bunch of different types, solid as well. A bunch of different colors, make your own pattern. Makes me feel like I'm in a racing paddock every time I'm on the garage!

    just checked ECS's website and it looks like there is a difference between the B8 and B8.5 so i don't think it will fit. sorry

    yeah, I'm confused by the site because it says my plate will fit the S5 3.0T, but it also says the plate for the fit the 3.0T. So in theory, if it will fit the 3.0T cab, as well as mine, and it will also fit the 4.2... then mine should fit yours!
    None of the fitment applications on the site differentiate between B8 and B8.5. I'm going to call tomorrow and talk to a human to try to straighten this out.
