Tick sound when turning steering wheel

I noticed to hear a faint tick sound, just one tick, almost everytime I turn the steering wheel. I hear it since a week, everytime I make a turn (mostly right turns). It is very faint but in a quiet garage the passenger can hear it. The car is 2013 A4 -B8.5 with 42K miles and no work has been done on steering/suspension. Only thing done was put on brand new 17"s tires a month ago. Did not hit a bad pothole or anything such.

It is very similar to what this guy is talking about in another forum. You notice it at 3sec mark in the video.

Wondering what it is...anybody had this issue? I am planning on taking it to audi soon, but want some assertion that it is an actual issue :) if you know what I mean.
