There sales help is horrible. Ive ordered numerous things and have had to return because they sold me the wrong part that i needed. They come on the board selling their products then they don't want to help you after the sale. The latest problem i had was a set of wheel locks for their brand wheel spacers. I purchased 2 sets because the salesman said they use the same key. I thought that was odd, but good for me. They arrive and of course the keys are different. Returning locks and found another solution. They will not help me get a set with the same key. If i can find somebody else to purchase parts from, i will use them only as a last resort.

    Aaawwee. This again.

Yeah. I don't know what their employee training is like, but they must have some policy where EVERY return MUST be denied and no responsibility is taken. Or if the customer service agent authorizes a return it comes right out of their check.
I honestly think they'd be a WAY better company if they just stepped up and took responsibility for their mistakes. It would teach sales staff to be more careful, provide more accurate information and then people wouldn't actively hate them. It's one thing to make a mistake, but they basically act like a politician and deny ANY wrongdoing even when caught red handed.
When they get that right they can work on their shipping prices. A $64 rain tray is $80 to mail, FedEx, standard. I have looked it up and it's about $17 with no discount.
    Fuck those guys.

Agreed. Their shipping is very high. If you know exactly what you want and you verified all your part numbers, then yes. Use them. If you need help, forget it. They don't know any more than we do.

    Lots of mis-information here...

While we do admit our sales rep made an error by saying 8mm and 12mm locking bolts come with the same key they do not (individually). We have added internal notes so sales and customer service know that there is a handful of different keys that these can come with. Obviously for security purposes. We have informed you that they are able to be returned.

After personally doing some investigating it looks like we have a locking bolt kit for 8mm and 12mm spacers that includes one key but was not app'd to the RS5, it was for the B8/B8.5 S4 flush fit kit.

Customer service will be happy to send you this kit in the exchange.

Saying that we are unwilling to help is simply a lie. As I've just proved I'm more than happy to help clear up an issue that presents itself.

Because I just found it. I personally took this into my hands. I thought we already had kits available with locking bolts for two different size spacers (I originally suggested we have this so customers don't need to buy 8 bolts when you only need 4 and have different sized spacers). I just had to dig up which vehicles they were for. Turns out the B8 S4 flush kit uses the same size spacers as the non-aggressive RS5 kit. The locking bolt kit was never applicated to the RS5 just the S4.

lmaoooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now you are bitching about the guys you rode so hard? Maybe you should have picked up the phone to call them to escalate internally before you act like an upset 5 year old and bash them publicly.

Also, weren't you the one blabbing about superior customer support?

You have zero credibility here dude. This thread is gold.

Glad we could get it sorted out. Just took me a minute to go through everything and come up with a solution. That kit should now be searchable on the site for RS5.

If you think their domestic shipping is high, try pricing out international shipping to Canada! It's ludicrous. When the shipping and duty equate to two or three times the value of the item, something is wrong.

Really. I just found an over-sight on their catalog that will give people an option to lock their wheels w/spacers. You are so dense and provide no insight to this forum. As i said enjoy you intake, thats all you have.

Do I need to remind you that you were the one inboxing me on how to adjust the beam of your headlights at 11pm because you didn't understand how to simply insert a phillips head screwdriver into the adjustment bracket, numb nuts?
