4,5,6 cyl. misfire 3.0T

my car is 2012 3.0tfsi A6 with almost 100k miles on it and engine is loosing power and it jerks a lot. I scanned it with VCDS and this is what i got. can somebody please help me to figure this thing out?

When I had misfires on one side of the engine cleaning solenoid for that side fixed the problem. It happened twice after driving around 500 miles after an oil change.
