    Audi S5 Sunroof Drain Cleaning

So every time it rains I am getting water in my drivers side floor board. This happened once before on the passengers side and the dealer just stated they just needed to clean the sunroof drain. Anyone have any experience in cleaning these drains? Im assuming it's something relatively easy and I'd rather just do it myself instead of making a dealer trip for that.

I just went through this, first you can try to use some weed eater line and back feed it through the drain buy the front door. But my guess is the tubes are leaking and that will require a headliner removal, Audi fused the connector to the drain hose and that is were mine was leaking. I first thought it was the front pass but it was the rear driver side as well. I used some silicone tape to seal it and so far so good, the removal is time consuming just be patient.

    Good luck Dave
