No. It clearly says its for 03-05, not 01. Just google one for your car. And do searches!

look at the compatible list down the page says it fits 2001

Yes it should fit fine.

Same one Im running on my car. Biggest complaint is that it angles a bit coming off the turbo and makes it a bit of a pain to tighten up the nut closest to the head.
